Terms of Service

1. Service Description

APSOLU Pro is a cloud-based construction project management platform operated by CGID Project Management LLC (“we”, “us”, “the Company”), registered in Dubai (SHAMS Free Zone). The platform provides document management, team coordination, budgeting, and AI-assisted project tools for construction professionals.

2. Account & Organization

Access requires creating an account via Clerk authentication. Users belong to an organization managed by an organization administrator. The org admin controls member access, roles, and data retention within their organization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use APSOLU Pro only for lawful construction project management purposes. You will not:

• Upload malicious files, malware, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data.
• Use the platform to store data unrelated to construction project management.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform.

4. AI Features & Consent

APSOLU Pro includes optional AI-powered features (document analysis, translation, action extraction, company intelligence). These features send your data to third-party AI providers (OpenRouter, Google AI) for processing.

AI features are opt-in.Data is only sent to AI providers when you explicitly trigger an AI action (e.g., clicking “Analyze”, “Translate”, or “Extract Actions”). No data is sent to AI providers in the background or without your explicit action.

You can disable AI features at any time in your organization settings. When disabled, no data is sent to any AI provider.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to APSOLU Pro. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Organization data (projects, documents, contacts) is owned by the organization and managed by the org admin.

Personal profile data (name, email, preferences) is owned by the individual user and can be exported or deleted per GDPR rights (see our Privacy Policy).

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for data loss due to force majeure events, though we maintain regular backups.

7. Limitation of Liability

APSOLU Pro is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CGID Project Management LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your personal data is deleted per our Privacy Policy. Organization admins may remove members or delete the organization. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to the organization admin at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under DIFC-LCIA rules. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition.
